Who are we?
Blu Global is effectively a corporate matchmaking service for European people that want to find work in the UK. We match prospective candidates with a specific job based on their current skills. The majority of the vacancies that Blu Global are involved in are skilled jobs and therefore speaking and understanding English is a very important requirement.
Who can apply for a job?
European citizens and anyone else who has a work visa for the United Kingdom.

What is the first step to apply for a job position?

What is the second step after you submit your CV?
Our consultants will review your CV and will then call you for an interview on the phone, through Skype or in person if your CV meets the vacancy criteria. Once the Interview is concluded the consultant will let you know if you have been successful and if they will put you forward to the next stage. If not successful then your CV will be held on our database and you will be contacted if an appropriate position becomes available.
What is the third step after you go to the next stage?
If successful, your CV and interview screening details will be passed to our sister business Bespoke Global Resourcing who will set up a second interview with their account manager. Bespoke’s account manager will then call you and discuss all of the finer details about the job, location, rates of pay, benefits and the intake process.
Other important information.
Although Blu Global and Bespoke do not operate within the accommodation sector, over the years we have forged many relationships with landlords and letting agents around the UK and will be able to assist in securing accommodation for the candidate if required. We will also be able to organise airport pickups or other transportation. We must emphasise the accommodation and transport assistance is NOT a condition of the job nor is a mandatory service you have to take. We merely introduce you if required to the preferred contacts we have built relationships with.Once you arrive in the UK, Bespoke will induct each candidate face-to-face and answer any questions you may have. After all the original paperwork is completed, the candidate will be introduced to the client and start the assignment.
